Today we held our monthly staff meeting. As usual we tucked into the free buffet provided and were introduced to the new joiners. However the rest of the meeting was spent brainstorming about where everyone thinks Mando Group could be in 10 years time.  Some of the ideas were fairly standard, though you have to admit challenging. But some ideas were really inspirational. It was fantastic to get a broad picture of each person's vision and as always the sum was greater than the parts. 

 

The thoughts in no particular order were: 

 

- Employ over 100 staff
- Working for high profile global brands
- Annual revenue in excess of £8M in current day terms

- An element of what we do will be something that today is unheard of
- Fewer new clients and more large projects
- Everyone will have space and time to excel
- We will be globally renowned
- New technology will be more prominent in what we do
- We will have major blue chip clients
- We will have a crèche facility
- We will have a coffee shop and a canteen
- Proportionally we will do less web design
- We'll be in a new building
- Home working and flexible working will be the norm with technology to support it
- We will invest heavily in research and development
- We will have highly effective SPAM filtering technology
- The proportion of female staff will increase
- Our benefits package and health promotion will be at the forefront
- We will own associated business selling other varied products and services
- Our bank account will always be in the black
- There will be an all staff bonus based on quality
- We will be an accredited trainer in "the Mando Way"
- Our reputation will be self-marketing
- We'll be known for cutting edge work
- We will influence the industry and lead the way
- We will have national accreditation
- We will look to work with and encourage ethical clients
- We will support national and global charities.
