- A site that would provide a local face for their national organisation.
- A platform for delivering services online that also featured improved structure and navigation.
We provided…
- A new online home for the organisation, which features well-designed information architecture, user-focused functionality, plus plenty of control and flexibility for Riverside staff to change content when needed.
How we did it…
- Conducted a series of workshops to help Riverside articulate the success criteria for the new site.
- Created the site using Alterian CMC to put Riverside in control of their content.
- Provided the facility for visitors to personalise the site to make it focussed strictly on their local area.
- Better organised information, meaning users don’t have to trawl though irrelevant information to get to what they’re looking for.
- Introduced Property search facilities to assist visitors with finding a new home
