We're proud to be sponsoring Opticon London 2026, Optimizely's flagship UK event, taking place on 13 October at the Barbican.

We're sponsoring Opticon for the second year running, backing our ‘all in with Optimizely’ commitment in a year that’s seen us grow our Optimizely-certifications across the team.

We're an Optimizely Platinum Partner, a status held by only a handful of UK consultancies, with four newly accredited Optimizely Most Valuable Professionals ensuring our clients get the support they need.

We're also an accredited Opal onboarding partner, giving clients the expertise to configure and govern Optimizely's AI agent so their teams start putting it to real use from day one. And we're a certified B Corp, so accountability and growth shape every part of how we work.

What's on the agenda

Opticon London is a flagship event for digital, marketing and technology leaders, and this year the agenda centres on three themes:

•    Agentic AI – how AI agents are automating workflows, cutting manual effort and freeing up marketing teams to focus on higher-value work
•    Agentic CMS – how content platforms are evolving to support AI-assisted creation, governance and ongoing optimisation
•    Agentic experimentation – how AI is speeding up hypothesis generation, test creation and decision making

Alongside these, expect real-world stories from organisations already putting these capabilities to work.

"Opticon is an incredible event and we're proud to be sponsoring it again this year. Love the Camp Opticon theme this year - gathering round the fire to swap notes on where digital's heading is very much our kind of day! As an accredited Opal onboarding partner, we're excited to get into the details with the people building agentic AI into their businesses, and we're looking forward to some great conversations on the day."

Digital optimisation beyond the platform launch

Platform investment on its own doesn't move performance. We regularly speak to digital leaders who've spent the budget, gone through the replatform or the rollout, and still watched results plateau, because the real constraint sits around the platform: strategy, data, operating model and ongoing performance working together.

We saw the same pattern at last year’s Opticon where we surveyed 134 senior digital leaders for our Digital Maturity Benchmarking Report 2025, covering strategy, content, data, people and customer centricity. Read it before Opticon this year, and you'll see clearly where UK organisations are leading, and where there's still work to do.
